Valuator Management System also know as is web based system which digitalized the Valuator legal documents and services that valuator is supposed to provide. This system will provide a one-stop platform to manage all the valuator’s documents, their shareholders, as well as allocated engineer details.

Functionalities:

• End to End Management of Valuator
• Legal Documents including tax clearance and Valuation limit will be managed from valuator profile and Bankers verifier and approval process.
• Valuation limit upgradation and working area expansion will be performed through the system.
• Security bid amount from the Valuator will be processed through the system.
• Tax Clearance duration will be captured automatically.
• Valuator will be listed as per province, district for the banker site.
• Renewal and other legal prospects will be automated through the system.
